My front door lock had gotten increasingly difficult to open, to the point where it was a question whether my key would go in at all. I finally called Tommy, who was available the same day (a Sunday, no less), and he came out a couple of hours later and fixed the lock. Very professional and courteous, and now the lock works like new.

Emergency Service performed at 8PM on a Saturday Night! Very fair price and super responsive. My truck key would not turn my car on. Before I would have to fiddle with it to get the key to turn the truck on, but this time it wouldn’t budge. Tommy came out and after doing a diagnostic he quickly concluded my key was “cut” wrong and that was the issue. He made 2 new keys for me, thank you!

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES! Tommy came to my workplace today, to cut two new car keys for me. These were not old school keys, but newer ones with fobs with chips in them, as well as a steel shaft. He did a fast, thorough job, and charged me only $175.00 for two. (The a******s at the dealership would have charged $270.00 for ONE KEY.) And I could work productively in my office while he worked his magic, until he called me to tell me that he was done. He accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for your convenience.

I recommend Tommy without reservation for all of your locksmith needs!!!

Tommy’s Locksmith…I locked myself out of a rental unit while rehabbing it. In the 6 months I’ve been rehabbing it I have never, ever locked myself out. But on this particular day, I was scheduled to take back tools that were rented and needed to get them back by 5:30pm that day, it was 4pm! I called one other locksmith and they couldn’t give me a absolute price, but an estimate of a “In between number” and on top of that they were going to take anywhere from 45 mins to two hours. I called Tommys. He said he was 10 mins from where I was located but working on a job already. He then said, “I will stop this job since its taking an considerable time and come right over, he was there in 15-20 mins and i was able to get to my “tool take back location” 40 mins away before they closed!!! Thanks Tommy, i will refer and absolutely use again!

I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Very helpful and solution focused. Was patient, friendly and solved my issue despite complications. He is nice and seems honest and trustworthy.

I lost my keys to my non-op Mustang. Concord PD continues to ticket me despite it being backed into my driveway with no front plate and has a car cover on, so how CPD have my plate number or vin number is beyond me, but anyhoo… I needed a new key to move my mustang to a storage facility, as the facility requires the owner of towed cars to “turn the ignition” with a key.

Tommy was having difficulty changing out the key to the door or trunk, due to the car sitting for an extended period of time. Tommy was very patient and helpful exploring alternative solutions. When I explained the details of why I need a new key, he ended up changing out my ignition for about the same price as the key replacement would have been.
